The single-core score of the Retina MacBook Air surpasses all 12-inch MacBooks (3500 to 3900 depending on chip) and is within reach of base 2017 and 2018 MacBook Pro models (4300 to 4500). The company did manage to come up with some interesting updates on these devices. As The Verge's Nilay Patel points out in his review, despite the USB-C port, external storage devices still don't play any better with iOS 12.1 on the new iPads than they did via Apple's USB-to-Lightning connector on prior devices. And if you want a price range that's similar to the MacBook Air, there's the Huawei MateBook X Pro which comes with a 13.9-inch display that has a 3K resolution and quad-core Intel processing. Apple's original Pencil stylus is not compatible with the new Pro slates, so ensure you're selecting the second generation Pencil before parting with any cash. One of the major things for which user can choose HP, Lenovo or any other brand is the 2-in-1 functionality like the user can use it as a laptop and tablet as well. That's a lot of magnets to put into one tablet, with Apple saying that the reason for all of these is the fact they enable the new Smart Keyboard Folio to not only attach to the iPad Pro, but attach well without moving. While most people don't see the iPad Pro as a true competitor to laptops, enough people do to keep the line going, and to make it worth the while for Apple.

Early critics also love the A12X Bionic chip, the same processor that's found in this year's iPhone XS and XR.

Apple's new iPad Pros were revealed this Tuesday, but analysts are already speculating about what next year's models could have. The device also comes in a cellular variant, which uses an e-SIM to latch onto the cellular networks. The new Mac mini now gets the latest 8th Gen Intel processors paired by a RAM of up to 64GB and up to 2TB of SSD.

A new touch sensor has been built into the Apple Pencil that detects taps, introducing an entirely new way to interact within apps.

With the USB-A 3.0 port, the user can plug in a keyboard, a microphone, or an ethernet adapter.

The iPad Pro is available for pre-order online and will be in stores from November 7. The 256 GB variant of the device now comes for Rs 1,19,000, while the 512 GB variant will be tagged Rs 1,49,000. According to a reliable source, Apple may soon announce the iPad Mini 5.
