As reported by the Albuquerque Journal, according to the New Mexico Film Office, a production now titled "Greenbrier" will "begin production in the Duke City mid-November through early February". The highly-acclaimed, award-winning hit show from the AMC network has been resurrected after 5 years, now as a full-length Breaking Bad feature film. Luckily, it'll be helmed by series creator, Vince Gilligan, so we can rest easy knowing the project is in good hands.

The local paper has claimed to have obtained an early plot synopsis too, saying that the movie will 'track the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom'.

Details are sparse, with no information on what shape the movie would take - a prequel like "Better Call Saul" or something else - or whether any of "Breaking Bad's" stars will return.

Gilligan will be at the helm and also serve as executive producer alongside Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein - both of whom worked on Breaking Bad and the spin-off.
