Aksam newspaper also published blurred photos of a jet arriving in Istanbul before dawn on October 2, carrying what it said were nine members of the Saudi team, as well as images of some of them checking in at a hotel. I don't know how I can keep living if he was abducted or killed in Turkey.

Saudi Arabia has called the allegation "baseless", but has offered no proof that Khashoggi left the consulate alive, nor has Turkey produced evidence that he was killed inside the diplomatic outpost.

Photos of the fifteen men, checking in to hotels in Turkey's largest city Istanbul surfaced early Wednesday morning, on local Turkish media, more than a week after Jamal Khashoggi went missing inside the Saudi consulate in Turkey's biggest city. She also urged Saudi Arabia's leaders to release security camera video from the consulate area.

The world's third-largest oil importer, India relies upon Iran for 9.4% of its crude supplies: in 2017-18 the country brought in 220.4 million metric tonnes of oil from a number of sources.

What is Turkey and Saudi Arabia saying?

Whether this refers to the new General Directorate for Investigation as part of new Saudi state security departments created previous year is unclear.

The release of the photographs and video raises pressure on Saudi Arabia after Khashoggi disappeared October 2 during a visit to the consulate.

Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Hami Aksoy said Tuesday that Saudi authorities have notified Ankara that they were "open to cooperation" and would allow the consulate building to be searched.

Mr Khashoggi, a USA resident and critic of the Saudi monarchy, entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on 2 October and has not been seen since. They checked into two hotels in Istanbul, the paper said.

The men are said to have then left for the private jet enclosure Istanbul's Ataturk airport.

A Turkish security source had previously told Reuters that the 15 Saudis, including some officials, left the country later the same day.

Both planes later returned to Riyadh with one stopping in Dubai and the other in Egypt, pro-government Sabah daily said. "Iran's oil can not be replaced by Saudi Arabia nor any other country", Zanganeh was quoted as saying on his ministry's website.

Jamal Khashoggi is one of the Arab world's most prominent journalists and commentators.

A demonstrator dressed as Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (C) with blood on his hands protests outside the Saudi Embassy in Washington, DC, on October 8, 2018, demanding justice for missing Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

He was also a USA resident living in self-imposed exile in Washington.

The Saudi regime denies this.

Britain's foreign minister called for urgent answers and the chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Bob Corker, who has seen classified intelligence on the case, said information pointed to Khashoggi being killed.

Yesterday, the Post published a column by Mr Khashoggi's fiancee, Hatice Cengiz. The two soon agreed to marry, but in order to do so he needed to finalise his divorce with his first wife in Saudi Arabia.

Miss Cengiz said Mr Khashoggi had visited the consulate on September 28 despite some concern that he could be in danger. The footage shows Khashoggi entering the consulate. "It is also likely that an worldwide stance will be formed against Saudi Arabia which is a law-breaking government and bin Salman will be sued by the global Court of Justice (ICJ)", Mujtahid wrote on his twitter page on Tuesday.

Khashoggi is a resident of the United States and has been living in Washington, D.C. The former editor-in-chief of a Saudi newspaper and then an advisor to Saudi government officials, in the previous year Khashoggi had written columns critical of the Saudi goverment in the Post.
