Bush, 36, married screenwriter boyfriend Craig Coyne, 37, Sunday at Walker's Point in Kennebunkport, Maine, her father, former President George W. Bush, announced in a statement Monday.

"The bride wore an ivory silk crepe Vera Wang custom gown and was escorted by her father and grandfather".

According to People, only 20 family members were in attendance at the low-key ceremony, held at the Bush family's compound in Kennebunkport, Maine.

The bride's aunt, Dorothy Bush Koch, officiated the ceremony.

In April, the family bid farewell to their longtime matriarch, the first President Bush's wife, Barbara Bush.

"I just told her and everybody how much she means to me".

Jenna Bush Hager is still emotional when thinking of twin sister Barbara Bush's secret, family-only wedding to Craig Coyne this past weekend in Maine.

The couple - who were set up by friends on a blind date last November - was very discreet during their brief romance, having never even been photographed together at events. Coyne is an actor and screenwriter whose credits include "Jarhead" and "Snowtown".

Bush honored her late grandmother and namesake, former first lady Barbara Bush, by wearing one of her bracelets.

The bride is the co-founder of public health nonprofit Global Health Corps. Following this experience, graduating from Vanderbilt University and serving as a Page in the U.S. House of Representatives, Craig moved to Los Angeles and acted in a handful of other feature films, such as I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell and Look at Me, and starred in Lonelygirl15, the most watched web series of all time.
