Just Cause 4 leaks ahead of E3

Just Cause 4 appeared in the pop-up sales window upon starting up Steam, and also in the "Updates and Offers" section on the front page.

And yet just yesterday they also announced new IP Generation Zero, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

The ad itself, which has subsequently been pulled from the platform, didn't give all that much away in terms of precise details, to be fair; aside from the fact it looks as if Rico Rodriguez will be filling the role of protagonist once again.

This pre-order message does nothing when you click on the "Click for Details" button, meaning that the Steam store page is not live yet.

Be sure to check-in with PSU throughout E3 for up to the minute info on Just Cause 4 and every other title exhibited at this year's show. The first major announcement came in the way of Rage 2, which Avalanche is developing in partnership with Rage developer id Software. We should see an official reveal for Just Cause 4 at E3 2018 at Square Enix's E3 2018 event.

The other unusual thing about Just Cause 4 is that it means Swedish developer Avalanche Studios now has three games on the go.

What can we expect from Just Cause 4?

The company will nearly certainly devote a lot of time to Shadow of the Tomb Raider, as E3 will be one of the best chances it has to market the game before its September 14 release date.

Avalanche Studios have a lot of projects going on right now.
