New Stalker Title Announced by Origin

First-person shooter/survival horror game "Stalker 2" is officially happening again, developer GSC Game World revealed Tuesday. But not with a countdown, or trailer, or any fanfare whatsoever really.

If it is to believe, we might not be getting the Stalker game up until 2021.

In the years since the last Stalker game, 2010's Stalker: Call of Pripyat, released, a potential competitor in the Metro series has become pretty successful. With the two subsequently released add-ons, the worldwide sales of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game series approach five million copies to-date. With most deadest on slaughtering you at any given moment. Well great news, recently game developer G.C.S studio announced a sequel!

On its homepage, GSC Game World also says that the "eagerly anticipated comeback" is actively in development right now. He simply cited "personal reasons" to his staff. GSC Game World came back to life in 2014, but instead of a new Stalker, it made Cossacks 3.

In General, the announcement of the development of the second part was adopted by the fans in a positive way.

This isn't the first time Stalker 2 has been announced.
