Huawei's sub-brand Honor announced the official roll out of Face Unlock update for the Honor 7X.

Talking about the price of the Honor 7C, the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant ships for just 899 Yuan in China, which is approximately Rs 9,100. You'll agree the smartphone is offered at a very cheap price considering teh specification and premium build.

The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup which includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with LED Flash and a secondary 2-megapixel sensor. The 3GB RAM version houses 32GB of storage while the 4GB RAM models feature 64GB of storage.

As of now, the Honor 7C is only limited to the Chinese market. The smartphone will be made available in Black, Red, Gold and Blue colour options. Currently, Honor hasn't announced the global availability for this device.

Honor 7C comes with 5.99-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 FullView 2.5D curved glass display. The device comes powered by Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. While the name of the chipset has not been specified, it is most likely be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC. Moreover, it's compatible with two SIM cards and MicroSD cards of up to 256GB capacity.

The Honor 7X features dual-lens 16MP + 2MP rear camera with large aperture and fast focusing means DSLR-level photo quality and shooting experience is at selfie-lovers' fingertips. The device runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box.

On the optics front, the smartphone flaunts a dual camera at its back. On the other hand, the higher version with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage comes in at 1,299 Yuan (~$205). The secondary sensor will allow users to take photos with a shallow depth of field so the subject stands out.

As for the front camera, the Honor 7C makes use of an 8MP sensor. There is a 3000 mAh battery under the hood.
