Bachelor 'Robert Mueller' Can't Commit To Trump Collusion In Heartbreaking 'SNL'

Unlike the actual Bachelor finale, in which 27-year-old Becca Kufrin was chosen to be the lucky bride only to be dumped afterward, the SNL version showed Becca having her heart broken by Mueller's confession that he doesn't have enough to nail U.S. President Donald Trump for colluding with Russian Federation. "I was ready to do the whole damn thing".

Becca: So, what, you don't have Trump on collusion?

Mueller's message: it was just too soon to commit. But this skit might just make me cue it up. "And I think you sense that", McKinnon says.

"I need to explore the possibility that I might have a stronger case with some other stuff", the Mueller character said.

McKinnon's Mueller can't promise Becca that he will charge Trump with collusion in his investigation into Russia's alleged interference in the U.S. election, because he can't get obstruction of justice off his mind. "Everything that happened in the Seychelles, that means nothing?"

"Saturday Night Live" this week parodied the dramatic season finale of "The Bachelor" in its opening sketch, but instead of a breakup between an engaged couple, "SNL" showed the breakup of Robert MuellerRobert Swan MuellerSasse: US should applaud choice of Mueller to lead Russian Federation probe MORE with his collusion investigation. "He's just gonna be president?"

McKinnon's Mueller has even worse news from there.

NBC has released the highlights from last night's Saturday Night Live which included Trump Administration take on This Is Us and more. Her Mueller impression isn't as dead-on or memorable as Sessions or Kellyanne Conway (more on her later), possibly because no one really knows what Mueller looks or talks like. "Collusion is literally the only thing I've been looking forward to for the past year", Strong says; later, coming out of the bathroom after sobs, she asks plaintively, "So I have to wait two more years for him to be out of office?"
