Manchester United offered chance to sign PSG's Lucas Moura

A Manchester United target is furious with his current employers Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports in Brazil.

However, his wife, Larissa Saad-who recently gave birth to their first child-is not so keen on the idea after discussing life in Manchester with Jorgelina Cardoso, the wife of PSG team-mate and former United star Angel Di Maria.

Manchester United have emerged as the favourites to sign the out of favour 25-year-old ahead of Chelsea and a number of Chinese Super League clubs.

Moura has had a decent stint in Ligue 1, scoring 45 goals in 228 appearances for the club. Lucas Moura would fit the bill straight away to enhance their options on the right side.

Mbappe was at Monaco at the same time as Ranieri during the 2013-14 season and last summer completed a blockbuster loan move from the Stade Louis II to the capital that will be made permanent for an initial fee of €145 million in the summer.

It is further mentioned that PSG were prepared to sell him to Monaco but the player rejected the move.

And Moura, who has endured a hard past 12 months in Paris, could provide some added stimulus in the final third ahead of further investment over the summer.

There have been reports of interest from other Ligue 1 clubs as well from Spain, but Moura, if he moves would prefer playing in one of Premier League's top clubs.

PSG are looking to offload players, especially to balance their books after the huge outlays on Neymar and Mbappe.

PSG chiefs are hoping they will also receive outright transfer proposals in the January window, but if they do decide to consider loan bids, Man Utd and Spurs will be vying for the player's signature.
