- Lottery officials said the winning ticket for the $450 million Mega Millions jackpot was sold in Port Richey.

The winning ticket matched all six of the numbers - 28,30,39,59,70 and the Mega Ball was 10 - drawn on Friday.

The $450 million dollar prize is the fourth-largest in Mega Millions history according to CBS News and stands as the tenth largest across the entire USA lottery.

The Mega Millions drawing was the first of two large jackpot drawings this weekend. On Wednesday, there was no victor of the Powerball jackpot, worth an estimated $460 million.

Lottery officials also increased the jackpot of Powerball, the other national lottery game, to $570 million.

The store where the ticket was sold claims $100,000 for making the sale. Mega Millions tickets are offered in the same locations, excluding Puerto Rico. On Aug. 15, 2012, Donald Lawson, of Lapeer, won a $337 million Powerball jackpot.

Americans spent $80.5 billion on lottery games past year, according to the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries.

The estimated totals are before tax.

The chances of holding a Mega Millions ticket with the winning numbers are about 1 in 302.6 million, while the odds of winning Powerball's jackpot stand at 1 in 292.2 million.

Somebody in Florida will be waking up a multi-millionaire Saturday morning.
