Marvel Debuts Trailer for 'Avengers: Infinity War'

This may have started out just like any other Wednesday, but only a few hours in and our hearts are pumping after watching this first Avengers: Infinity War trailer on repeat.

This is an illustrious day for fans of the Marvel Universe. I especially loved the ending of the trailer!

Thanos, the big evil villain is here and he looks nearly untouchable. In fact, you could call the whole thing one big action scene, and it would still feel like an accurate statement. Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige has already stated that the latter film will mark an end to the current era of the MCU, throwing around words like "conclusion" and "finite" when discussing what form the series will take moving forward.

Brothers Anthony and Joe Russo who directed the film, also playfully teased the impending release of the trailer on Instagram by sharing the number three on Monday and a giant two yesterday, sending fans into a bit of a frenzy. Kevin Feige is right about that, we nearly never see the end of a hero portrayed on the big screen.

We know that Infinity War will pull together all the Marvel superheros as they are forced to unite and do battle against supervillain Thanos as he gathers all the Infinity Stones to destroy earth and beyond.

Avengers: Infinity War arrives in cinemas on April 27th of 2018, followed by a sequel in May 2019. In the meantime, just prepare yourself for the potential loss of your favorite hero.
