Two people killed after shooting at Cousin Stizz show

Last night, before the Boston underground rapper Cousin Stizz took the stage at the Atlanta venue the Masquerade, two audience members were killed in a shooting.

The shooting happened inside the Masquerade at Underground Atlanta and the suspected shooter is still on the run.

That man drew a pistol and shot the two men who had been on the stage. They say there was an argument before the gunfire and four people were wounded, including two innocent bystanders who are in stable condition. Police said the shooter got away and investigators are searching for the person or people. He then pulled out a gun and shot both of them. Although spotted by a security guard, the shooter was able to escape in the confusion.

Officials identified 21-year-old Ewell Ynoa, a 21-year-old aspiring rapper from Florida and Worcester, Mass., as one of the fatal victims; Friends identified Giovan Diaz from MA as the other man who died. The second victim was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital of upper and lower torso wounds.

'I've always called my shows family reunions because they're never anything but fun, safe, good vibes and positivity, ' Stizz wrote.

'I'm in shock and at a loss of words for the senseless violence.

Stizz's reps did not immediately respond to Complex's request for additional comment.
