Kesha Performs 'Learn To Let Go' at MTV EMAs 2017

Pop singer Kesha smashed out another powerful performance at the 2017 MTV EMAs on Sunday, bringing cathartic single "Learn to Let Go" to the stage with glitter and rainbows aplenty.

The MTV EMAs, held in London last weekend, have made their presence felt across social media. Other highlights included Travis Scott rapping "Butterfly Effect" on top of an animatronic bird, United Kingdom hip-hop star Stormzy's "Big for Your Boots", and a new U2 song - "Get Out Of Your Own Way" - performed by Bono and company from Trafalgar Square. A simulated rainbow engulfs Kesha and her dancers, before a bona fide glitter storm erupts.

British R&B singer Rita Ora performed the hosting duties, as well as a mashup of her 2017 hit "Your Song", alongside her new single "Anywhere".

Demi Lovato also got us in the mood for a medley with Sorry Not Sorry and Tell Me You Love Me.

Brandon Flowers and the Killers performed The Man with some very subtle stage design to hammer the point home.

Irish band U2 collected the Global Icon gong, previously awarded to Queen, Whitney Houston and Eminem. Despite receiving six nominations - the most of any artist - Taylor Swift failed to win any awards. Other performances included Clean Bandit with Zara Larsson and Anne-Marie, David Guetta and Travis Scott.
