"Move! Get out of the way!" security guards could be heard yelling as they rushed to help Khloé Kardashian's ex-husband, who had slumped forward.

Odom was at Bootsy Bellows on the Sunset Strip when several staffers and patrons noticed the ex-NBA star collapsed to the ground around 2 AM. That's why Sunday's video of Odom collapsed at a night club was even harder to see.

The former NBA Sixth Man of the Year's spokesperson made it clear that dehydration was the cause for Lamar Odom's collapse, and not being high on drugs as many have speculated.

Lamar and Khloe got married in September 2009 after a whirlwind romance and the couple starred in their own Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality show Khloe & Lamar that debuted in 2011. She filed for divorce for a second time in late May 2016.

Lamar cheated death on October 13, 2015 when he was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, NV after spending days partying with various women.

She supported him through treatment and physical therapy and arranged for him to live a rented home in her upscale Calabasas neighborhood.

The worrying footage comes just two years after the ex-NBA player nearly died from an overdose in a brothel back in 2015. The reality TV star is now pregnant with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, a current National Basketball Association star for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

"She was the first thing I saw".

Lamar has two children - Destiny, 19, and Lamar Jr., 15, - with his former partner Liza Morales.
