"I said, 'You get your forever family, honey, ' and then you see her jump into my arms", Jackie Alexander told KSL.

Tannah was so happy she couldn't let go of Miss Jackie.

Tannah is a foster child and hoped her foster parents would become her forever parents.

The office manager - whom Tannah considers a close friend - shared the security camera footage of the moment, and the story behind it, with her social media followers. "It was pure joy at its finest", Alexander told ABC News this week.

"It's been hard to watch them fight this emotional battle", she wrote. My love has grown for this family and I have learned so much from them as they have tried to remain positive despite many set backs'. "My heart was so happy!" "It's not something I get to do every day". "She knew (Tannah) would want to know right away because she had been so anxious", Alexander wrote.

"I cry as I type this".

"I've been overwhelmed that my simple thoughts of a sweet moment have gone so viral", Alexander said.

After two years of anticipation, Tannah's dream was finally answered after a judge approved adoption requests for her and her two younger siblings, reported KUTV.

"I don't think even I could understand myself what that moment would feel like". Alexander said she posted the video on Instagram because she wanted to remind people that joy still does exist in the world. "I can't depict that hug...and thank sky her mother wouldn't fret that I kissed her a million times, and a million more after the film cuts off".
