That being said, the celeb revealed she and her family have been receiving a scary number of death threats as a result of Nene's accusations, so she only saw fit to take this to court.

It all went down at a show in Oakland, where Leakes was performing a comedy routine. The star responded with some choice words insinuating that she hoped the heckler got raped by her Uber driver. As we previously reported, the dramz between Leakes and the Zolciak-Biermanns comes after Kim and her daughter, Brielle, made claims that they found cockroaches in the Glee alum's home.

Leakes issued a public apology on her Facebook page Monday afternoon, writing, "I truly regret and apologize for what I said from the stage in Oakland over the weekend".

Her commentary prompted boos from the audience and Leakes then lashed out at one woman in particular.

"I've hired a legal counsel at this point", Kim said on E!'s Daily Pop.

Leakes continued, "As a woman who has survived abuse, I regret the words that I used".

"I don't take it lightly and I don't appreciate it, and the hashtag, 'KKK, ' is kind of the one that put me over the edge", Zolciak told ET on Tuesday.

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak are in a bit of a tiff right now. I hope people accept my deepest and sincerest apologies. We have learned that Kim has hired legal counsel over NeNe's accusations that she is racist.

"We don't have roaches!" If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky p--y!

Meanwhile, Zolciak-Biermann fired back at Leakes on Instagram.

'It's so sad and offensive that someone can stoop so low as to call someone a racist just because they are mad, ' Zolciak wrote. "I think everyone including Nene needs to spend some time uplifting people instead of tearing them down". "They are filming now and would have to figure out how it will play out". "Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 10 premieres on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo TV.
