The SM-G9298 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM - a winning combination found inside many premium smartphones from other manufacturers, including the LG G6, HTC U Ultra, Google Pixel and Pixel XL, and ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe.

The Korean tech giant Samsung is still launching flip phones in some selected markets. Priced at 297,000 won (about $260), the phone supports microSD card up to 256GB, and it runs on Android 6.0.

The SM-G9298 is also called the Leadership 8, a nod to the businessmen the phone considers its target audience. The company did not make a huge announcement for the Leader 8, but the product's page on its Chinese Samsung website lists the full specs of the device.

The South Korean electronics giant has packed the device with numerous features found in its flagship Galaxy S8 phone.

The G-9298 flip phone packs in a 2,300mAh battery that comes equipped with a fast wireless charging technology on board for a longer battery life. On the back you'll find a 12-megapixel f/1.7 camera, along with a fingerprint scanner, while on the front there's a 5-megapixel f/1.9 camera. The phone will only come in one colour, Black, and is likely to go on sale in the near future.

The Leader 8 sports vibrant 4.2-inch full HD AMOLED displays on both the inside and outside of the phone- so no matter how you're using it, there's always a screen to look at. It will be available in China soon.

In terms of Samsung Leadership 8 Specifications, it's a high-end flip phone. It also comes with additional features like - Samsung Pay app, Secure Folder, a multi-function configurable hotkey and S Voice. Measuring in at 130.2 x 62.6 x 15.9mm, the handset weighs 235g. There is no information available on the pricing and release date of Samsung SM-G9298.
