Charged In Queens Sex Assault As Search Continues For Fourth Suspect

The office of Queens District Attorney Richard Brown on Friday afternoon said Brandon Walker, 20, and Justin Williams, 17, were charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual act, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and single counts of first- and second-degree robbery in connection with an attack on a 50-year-old woman who was attacked on July 11. Police are still looking for the fourth suspect.

Two men with a gun approached, then others.

A part of the Jamaica section of the Queens borough of New York City on October 18, 2012.

The victim said that she tried to scare the men by saying that she was HIV-positive which she is not.

"I called the cops right away".

Three other men joined, and they forced the victim to perform a sexual act on them, according to police. The next two victims allegedly were robbed when a second man, unidentified, displayed what appeared to be a firearm. "You know we couldn't control her because she said she had never had that kind of experience before", Oyetunde's wife, Bose, said, according to the News.

"She was crying. She was scared, she was crying".

'They said, "if you don't do that, I'll shoot you,"' the victim recounted to the Daily News. "And they poured things (semen) on her body and then on the floor with the condoms that they had", Oyetunde said. The men also left semen on the woman's face, her body and her clothes, Oyetunde said.

NBC New York reports, "The desperate woman screamed out a falsehood, 'I'm HIV positive!"

"They tell me, 'You don't have money so take off your clothes!'" the victim told The News.

The victim, who lives in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, said she is nervous about returning to the Queens church she has attended four days a week for the past decade. "When I returned the third one was finishing".

The suspects fled the scene and the victim ran back to the church, screaming out for the pastor.

The church has reached out to the woman who was attacked to support her and let her know she's not alone.

They are also testing the woman's sweater for potential evidence.

They then stole her money, debit card and cellphone.

NYPD officers were able to recover at least one condom nearby the scene and are processing it for DNA, the Daily News reported.
