Shadow of War will let you import your fiercest rivals from Mordor

If you don't have Shadow of Mordor, you can try it for free on Xbox One and Steam from today until July 9th, which should give you time to make your own nemesis.

Those Orcs will then join you in Shadow of War when it releases this October.

Shadow of Mordor introduced the "how has this not been copied yet" brilliance of the Nemesis System. There's a brand new update for Shadow of Mordor that will let your greatest nemesis move over to Shadow of War once it goes live.

Shadow of Mordor hit consoles in 2014, pitting players in the role of a ranger named Talion while fighting your way through legions of Orcs and Uruk-hai.

Using a new update called the nemesis Forge, existing and new players of Shadow of Mordor will be able to bring along their biggest rival and most loyal ally on their journey in Shadow of War. You can get started on the process already on XBox One, PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4. Players will be engrossed in a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories. You can see more about the Nemesis Forge update in the trailer below. Along with letting the saga continue between your worst enemy and best Follower, this allows the Nemesis System in the sequel to be further affected.

In Middle-earth: Shadow of War, nothing will be forgotten.
