Budget Director Mick Mulvaney is "on the rise" within the White House, according to a report by Politico on Tuesday. "Any allies he may have had have scattered", Scarborough said.

"What White House insiders can not come to grips with, and I talked to three of the top presidents" people yesterday, they do not understand what happened to Steve Bannon", Scarborough said.

This year, Ivanka and Jared celebrated Passover at America's first home, the White House, continuing a tradition first started in 2009 by former United States president Barack Obama.

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) on Sunday tweeted at President Trump, calling White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon a "lynchpin" between the president and grassroots voters.

Trump removed Bannon from the National Security Council (NSC) last week amid criticism the latter's presence politicized the group. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer even tried to downplay the feud during Monday's press briefing.

Bannon resigned from Breitbart News in November and has insisted he no longer has any editorial involvement with the website.

But speaking to Business Insider after the story's publication, a Breitbart spokesperson said it was "an absurd suggestion that Breitbart would muzzle critical coverage of any senior White House official". The insult, popular among the conservative Breitbart News set, is short for "cuckold", or the husband of an adulteress.

Reports emerged Saturday that Bannon is a risk of losing his role in the Trump administration.

Bannon and Kushner then reportedly met at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla. last week following the president's order.
