Orisa comes to Overwatch next week

To celebrate, Blizzard released a brand new character introduction video on the official Overwatch Twitter page.

Overwatch's 24th hero Orisa will be released on March 21, 2017.

You can find out more about Orisa by visiting her official hero page right here. Today, Blizzard revealed that she would be coming full time next Tuesday the 21st, same day as Mass Effect: Andromeda.

According to the video, Orisa "evolves and pushes the boundaries of what the Overwatch Universe could be".

"We know how anxious you all are to have Orisa join your ranks. and she will soon. but most likely she will go live later in the month rather than this early".

Fusion Driver: Orisa's automatic projectile cannon delivers sustained damage, but slows her movement while she fires it. Orisa's Halt move is a "graviton charge" that literally grabs nearby enemies, pulls them in, then drops them to the ground.

Fortify: Orisa temporarily reduces damage she takes, and can not be affected by action-impairing effects. Finally, her Ult is Supercharger where Orisa throws down a device that provides increased damage to allies within range.

Orisa is the first tank hero to be added post launch. This means PC, PlayStation 4 and XBox One players will be able to see if Orissa is as formidable a tank as she has appeared to be during testing.
