Behind the front slightly drier air moves in for Friday before we heat back up this weekend with more rain chances.

A handful of weak to moderate showers will continue tracking east-northeast across the state this morning... with more to come this afternoon! Mostly cloudy. Highs around 67. Light east wind increasing to 5 to 10 miles per hour in the morning.

The remnants of Wednesday evening's showers and thundershowers should be moving out or have moved out by mid-morning. Low 69F. Winds ENE at 5 to 10 miles per hour. This amount of rainfall on top of what occurred earlier today may produce flash flooding tonight across these areas of concern.

The dry weather will resume tonight and into tomorrow, with only a slight chance to pick up on the thunderstorm action in southwest Montana by Thursday evening.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. South southeast wind 6 to 11 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Mostly clear, with a low around 64. Partly cloudy. Highs around 74. Northeast wind 6 to 11 miles per hour. Highs will remain below normal in the 60s and 70s. Highs will be in the 80s to near 90, similar to Saturday.

Friday night... Light winds continue, and partly cloudy. Mostly cloudy with a good chance of showers Monday and Tuesday, high in the low 90's.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 85.
