UFC 200: Chuck Liddell Claims Brock Lesnar is "Afraid to Get Hit"

In comparison between Jackson and Brock Lesnar, Lesnar proved that he could make both ends meet, as he was the UFC undisputed heavyweight champion and the WWE's five-time heavyweight champion.

When asked to comment on Lesnar's proclamation, however, Jackson expressed confusion, per TMZ Sports: "I don't even know who Brock Lesnar is, man". If by chance, 2 million people want to tune in for me to enjoy myself on July 9, so be it. That's great. If there are fans that are excited that I'm getting back into the Octagon, great!

Recently Frank Mir opined that his old foe Brock Lesnar really doesn't care to get hit, and Chuck Liddell apparently agrees with the former heavyweight champ.

But Jackson wasn't so sure.

In the past, we've seen Lesnar look extremely vulnerable against skilled and powerful strikers like Shane Carwin and Alistair Overeem, and if you're a hardcore MMA fan, then you know that Hunt is one of, if not the most powerful striker in the UFC. This is why the former UFC heavyweight champion will be announced as fighting out of Regina, Saskatchewan for his fight against Mark Hunt. Frye understands what Lesnar is about more than most - in addition to being an MMA pioneer, Don also swung between fighting and pro wrestling throughout his career. "That'd be really good and I appreciate that, but I'm not gonna change", Lesnar said.

It was a rare opportunity given to him by his current employer, the WWE. On the contrary, Frye thinks Brock is about to receive a rude awakening at the hands of the heavy hitting Mark Hunt.

A win for Lesnar would be a huge boost for the UFC and may also allow him to go back and forth with WWE since he can assert his legitimate MMA status.

"The Beast" is slated to fight in the Octagon for the first time since 2011 when he battles Mark Hunt at UFC 200 in a one-off appearance for the promotion on July 9 in Las Vegas.
