One of the perks of owning a Nexus or Google device is the ability to manually upgrade or rollback to any version that is officially supported through factory images.

We're not sure if Asus will manufacture the upcoming Nexus 7 2016, as the chairman of the company said in an interview with TrustedReviews that they have no plans on manufacturing a new Nexus 7 tablet.

Nexus smartphones tend to be competitively priced when compared to their rivals and we can expect that the tradition will continue with the upcoming Nexus handsets. These prices are for unlocked and off-contract units which can be purchased directly from Google.
