Pictsweet and Kroger Simple Truth vegetable recalls

Newly added to the list: Kroger Broccoli Raisin Salad kits, which has a packet of dried fruit and sunflower seeds.

Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. recalled a wide range of products that used vegetables that came from the affected CRF facility.

The Cincinnati-based grocery store chain is recalling Simple Truth Organic Mixed Vegetables because a supplier told the company that the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

No customer illnesses have been reported to date.

The Pictsweet Company is voluntarily recalling certain frozen vegetable products because they contain Green Beans or Green Peas recently recalled by CRF Frozen Foods, a Pictsweet ingredient supplier. Listeria can cause severe illness in people who eat contaminated food.

The stores that carry these brands include Kroger, Jay-C, Dillons, Bakers, Gerbes, King Soopers, City Market, Fry's, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, QFC, and Smith's.

The UPC on the salad is 0028715820000 and all use by dates are being recalled.

Like the salad kit, the recalled Simple Truth Organic Mixed Vegetables can be returned for a full refund.

Customers can return the product to the store for a refund.
